Excitebike: World Rally is the fifth main title in the Excite series and the first main title to make use of 2D gameplay mechanics since the original Excitebike. Excitebike: World Rally was developed by Monster Games, developers of Excite Truck and Excitebots: Trick Racing, and released for the Wii as a purchased download through Nintendo's WiiWare service.
